What is available
Free Wi-Fi is available in all areas at no charge, rooms are air-conditioned, and a shared kitchen lets you prepare your own meals whenever you like. Bathrooms, private or shared, come with a shower, towels, toilet paper and a toilet, and beds are made up with fresh linens. Reception is staffed by a team speaking English, Spanish and Portuguese, and the large backyard and patio offer shaded seating and space to work or relax outdoors. The whole property is smoke-free and there is no parking on site.
House rules
Check-in runs from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM and check-out from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM, and guests are asked to show a photo ID and a credit card on arrival. Check-in is possible for guests between 21 and 60 years old. Children are not allowed, cribs and extra beds are not available, and pets are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, and parties or events, including bachelor and bachelorette parties, are not allowed. Cancellation and prepayment conditions depend on the room type you choose and are shown with your dates on the booking page. All special requests are subject to availability and may carry an additional charge.
